Male fertility — because "keep trying" is not a diagnosis.

Nearly half of all infertility cases involve a male factor, yet the husband is usually the last one tested. One structured work-up with Dr. Ibrahim replaces months of guessing.

Is This You?

A fertility work-up makes sense if…

You've been trying for a baby for a year or more (or six months if your wife is over 35) without success.
Your wife's tests came back normal — and no one has looked at your side yet.
A previous semen analysis showed low count, poor motility, or abnormal results you never followed up.
You have a history of varicocele, undescended testis, infection, injury, or surgery in that area.

Even one of these is reason enough. Male testing is the fastest, simplest first step — and it answers half the question in one visit.

Diagnosis & Treatment

What we actually check — and what we can do about it.

Semen analysis — Done properly, read properly

Count, motility and morphology assessed against current standards — and explained to you in plain words, not just a lab printout you're left to Google.

Hormonal & physical assessment — Finding the cause, not just the number

Testosterone and related hormone testing, plus examination for varicocele, blockages and other physical causes that a lab report alone can't show.

Medical treatment — When the fix is medicine and lifestyle

Many male fertility issues respond to targeted medication, hormone correction and specific lifestyle changes — a defined plan with a defined review date, not vague advice.

Surgical correction — When the cause needs a surgeon

Varicocele repair, blockage correction and surgical sperm retrieval where needed — performed by Dr. Ibrahim himself, one of his two core surgical specialities.

Your Journey

Three visits to clarity.

Step one

Work-up

History, examination and the right tests — no shotgun lab lists, only what your case actually needs.

Step two

Diagnosis

Results explained face to face. You leave knowing exactly what the issue is — or the relief of knowing there isn't one on your side.

Step three

The plan

Medical, surgical, or assisted reproduction — with honest timelines and a clear next review, so you're never left in limbo.

This journey is hard on couples. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Every question is welcome, every result is explained, and nothing about your case is ever discussed outside the consultation room. Whenever you're ready — we're here.

Honest Answers

What couples ask us most.

Does a low sperm count mean we can't have children?

Very rarely. Most causes of low count or motility are treatable, and even severe cases often have a path forward through treatment or assisted reproduction. A low number is a starting point, not a verdict.

Is the testing embarrassing or painful?

No. The core test is a simple semen analysis, plus blood work and a physical examination. It's the least invasive part of any couple's fertility journey.

My reports say "normal" but we're still not conceiving. Now what?

Standard reports miss things — subtle motility issues, DNA fragmentation, hormonal patterns, and physical causes like varicocele. That's exactly the kind of case a specialist review is for.

Should we go straight to IVF instead?

Not before checking whether the underlying cause is fixable. Treating a correctable male factor first can make IVF unnecessary — or dramatically improve its success if you do need it.
