Is a penile implant my only option?

Usually not — and Dr. Ibrahim will tell you plainly if it isn't. Implants are for men who've genuinely exhausted simpler options. Most patients start with far less invasive treatment.

We've been trying for a baby — should the husband really get tested first?

It's the fastest first step. Male testing is simpler, quicker and cheaper than the female work-up — and it rules in or out nearly half of all possible causes in one visit.

Am I too young to have this problem?

No. These issues show up at every age, and younger patients are increasingly common. Coming in early usually means simpler treatment.
